Shirley Dalziel
Shirley is an MBA, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Chartered Business Psychologist. She combines a wealth of academic knowledge with business experience and practical understanding of effective HR in practice. As a result, she is in demand as a speaker and has presented on Partnering at conferences both in the UK and Internationally.

Judith Strange
Judith is a Director and one the founders of Develop Global. Since 2004 she has worked with many diverse organisations to successfully implement business partnering and shared services in HR, Finance, IT and across corporate functions. Through her research, conference sessions and writing, Judith has built a reputation as a leading expert on business partnering for professional functions.

Mary McCrea
Mary is an experienced former Head of Human Resources and Head of Strategy and Talent Management for a FTSE 100 Company. She has worked extensively in HR, Finance and IT business partnering both corporately and as a consultant. At Develop Global she has overseen a number of high profile capability programs for HR and across corporate services. She is currently involved in an international HR coaching.

Annette is a senior consultant with a track record in leading change through shaping strategy, delivering projects and developing people. Gwynneth Rees-Kenny
Gwynneth has over 20 years experience providing development and consultancy to leadership teams and individuals. She has a great deal of expertise in organisation design, organisation development, talent and performance management. Previous roles include Head of Leadership, Talent and People Change with a global financial services provider.

Gill Gray
Gill is a senior HR Development professional with over 15 years experience in HR and people development gained in a wide range of industry sectors and organizations. Prior to working with Develop Global, Gill worked at Sun Microsystems where she gained global experience in HR and Training and Development. Gill's focus is in HR business partnering, organization development, change management and facilitating teams.

Mike Walters
Mike is an authority on Human Resource strategy and processes with specific experience in developing HR structures, reward strategies and performance. Mike has some 15 years' consultancy experience and has led major assignments for a diverse range of global clients. His past career includes HR roles with Shell, Co-op Bank, BBC and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as big consulting companies.

Ross Maynard
Ross is Develop Global's process improvement consultant with over 20 years experience; specialising in process analysis and improvement, lean finance and statistical quality control. He has supported improvement projects with some of the world's leading organisations including Boeing, Rolls Royce, Thermofisher Scientific, Royal Bank of Scotland, Radiall, Parker Hannifin, Watlow Electric, Bosch, British Sugar, and many others.
His specific areas of expertise include: Financial Services Process Improvement; Lean Finance Process Improvement; Statistical Quality Improvement; Public Sector Process Improvement; Process Simulation.

Caroline Rochford
Caroline's main specialism is employment law. She is also a lay member of the Employment Tribunal service. She has been responsible for policy development, strategic planning, union consultation, delivering training on a whole range of HR topics, and initiating change in the field of equality and diversity issues. Caroline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Society of Specialist Paralegals.
Dale Cox
Dale has more than 15 years experience at Senior Management level. And has managed complex organisational and HR change programmes across a range of sectors. He has particular knowledge of and expertise in Shared Services through the leadership of a number of complex programmes.

Anna Sarmatina
Anna is Develop Global's consultant in Russia. Anna has been working as a consultant and trainer for more than ten years in Russian companies. Alongside her work with customers from different business sectors - banking, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, catering, she has experience in teaching in Moscow State University in the MBA programme in Logistics.

Martin Goodman
Martin is an influential and creative HR executive, coach, mentor and facilitator with a sustained record of demonstrable success in a range of HR roles in sectors including electricity supply, engineering, manufacturing, management consulting, pharmaceuticals, financial services, logistics, business services, as well as central and local government.

Dr Hadley Hunter
Hadley has 38 years experience as an OR and IT consultant, and has conducted over 130 assignments in the public and private sectors. He has developed pay bill models for a number of central government departments and agencies including the current Home Office and Prison Service models. The results have been used to design new grading structures, which minimise the short and long-term costs.

Edmund Komar
Edmund is one of our German consultants providing facilitation of workshops and large group events as well as, talent management and coaching for Executives in companies transforming corporate functions, building capability in strategy, business modelling and business consultancy. He often focuses on due diligence and merger integration as well as unlocking innovation and growth potential.

Tom MacKay
Tom has two key roles within Develop Global. The first is delivering many of our influencing and NLP workshops, as he is a leading international Master Trainer of NLP and INLPTA Master Coach Trainer - the highest level that can be attained. He also has a BSc (honours) in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology and Criminology. The second role he has is as our IT expert, designing and developing our open and in-house e-learning packages and other IT solutions, where he applies his deep understanding of influencing and learning.

Alice Frick
Alice has an MBA from Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has been running Business Partnering workshops with Develop Global since 2013. Examples include E.ON, HR Business Partnering; ANCHO, Difficult Conversations, Finance as a Business Partner workshops for public courses. Other clients incude AXA, Grunenthal, OHTB Austria. Her previous employment included American Express and Kaiser Associates. Alice is fluent in German (mother tongue) and English and in her spare time is a stand-up comedian, producer and stage manager.

Richard Matthews
Richard has a background of thirteen years' experience in the corporate world, working in a senior sales management capacity for multinational organizations in both the FMCG and airline sectors. In that time he gained significant insight and experience of relationship building and the importance of excellent communication skills - and understands the impact on individuals and an organization when those skills let people down. Richard is also a professionally trained actor, with over decade working across theatre, radio and film.

Rodrigo Penalosa
Rodrigo has been an actor for 10 years and his stage credits include appearances in Geneva, Madrid, Moscow, Berlin, Zurich and London. He is an experienced teacher in Languages, Drama and Rhetoric, with experience in forum theatre and script writing, as well as customer service improvement and coaching. Working for Develop Global as an actor Rodrigo leads many of our forum theatre for 'Difficult Conversations with Stakeholders' workshops, including providing detailed feedback on participants' approach to holding difficult conversations as well as on their coaching ability.

Kate is a key member of our specialist training team, focusing on communication and presentation skills, impact and image. With a background in drama and a BA in dramatic studies, she has over 20 years experience putting her unique style and skills into practice as a trainer and coach.

Jonathan Lewis
Jonathan works with Develop Global as an actor, facilitator and coach. He fully utilizes his background as an acclaimed actor, writer and director to deliver personal impact skills training, and leadership development. His techniques include immersive role play and improvisation as well as high impact facilitation and coaching.

Taryn Kay
A professional actress, singer, dancer, presenter & voice over artist. A member of Equity for over 30 years, Taryn has had a varied career including tv, film, rep theatre, variety, musicals, pantomimes, presenting & acting in corporate videos. In the 90's she was a professional cheerleader for an American Football Team performing at Wembley Stadium & Giants Stadium USA. Recently played mum at The Coventry Ricoh Arena for a week long Live event for Argos. Presenter for Ryobi at the NEC.

Doug Cooper
Doug's role-playing work includes role playing assignments for the Organisational and Staff Development team at King's College London. The most recent was part of a recruitment and selection process for a senior management position with the Estates & Facilities directorate at KCL which involved a day long assessment centre.

Sally Orrock
Sally has been working as a business actor, facilitator, coach and role-player for over 15 years. She is passionate about experiential learning and creating a safe and challenging environment for delegates. She has also performed in over 100 plays for Radio 4 and large number of Voice Overs and is therefore able to bring skills of relaxation and voice work in a practical format for the Delegates to experience and take away.

Carolin Ott
Facilitator and actor in forum theatre for 'Difficult Conversations with Stakeholders', 'Coaching Ability', 'Personal Impact', 'Communications Style Inventory' and 'Contracting and Negotiating'. Over 5 years' experience working in customer service for various companies. Experienced and trained actress- graduated in 2010. Carolin speaks fluent German and English to Mother Tongue level and speaks basic Spanish and Italian.

Dana Proetsch
Dana is a facilitator, an actor and theatre producer. Her education includes Communication and Facilitation Training; Acting Training; Communication Assistance training for deaf people; Long String Marionette; Writing for Puppetry and Puppet Construction. She has run a number of workshops as a facilitator including: voice and articulation for adults; moderation; communication and conflict management; awareness training for adults and improvisation for children and adults.

Alice Mortsch
Alice is a theatre teacher and actor. Her education includes Acting School Kraus Vienna (Diploma) and MBA Remedial Education and Social Pedagogy (University of Vienna). She specialises in acting classes, workshops with children, teenagers and adults, theatre productions and improvisation and runs workshops on Presence and Presentation, Motivation, Job-Coaching, "My voice My tool" and "Change is possible - Improvisation theatre as a chance"

Karen Morrison
Karen is the Office Manager and Programme Manager for Develop Global and manages our support and administration team. Karen uses her excellent organisational skills to ensure Develop Global provides the high standards expected of us by our clients. To do this, she co-ordinates consultants, schedules and organises resources and our administration support team, Karen ensures our events and open workshop programme run smoothly.
